Parking

Hotel Guests should park in the Campus Center Parking Garage located at 91 Campus Center Way Amherst, MA. They should proceed directly to the front desk to check-in register their vehicle — no need to stop at a pay station or use ParkMobile. Use the convenient entrance to the Campus Center on Level Two of the parking garage, then take the elevators up to Level Three (the hotel lobby). Guests should register their car with the front desk within 20 minutes of entering the garage. They will need their license plate number. The hotel offers unrestricted in/out parking to guests at the discounted rate of $6 per night. Parking is good until 5pm on the day of departure.

Guests staying in the dorms can purchase parking passes for a nearby lot at $6/night. This will be handled online via a special link, which will be distributed to dorm guests in the days before check in/at the dorm check in desk.

Commuter Guests who are not staying at Hotel UMass or in the dorms should park in the Campus Center Parking Garage located at 91 Campus Center Way Amherst, MA. Within 20 minutes of entering the garage, guests should proceed to a physical pay station kiosk to register their vehicle and prepay for their hours. We have created the coupon code 26AO which will offer your guests 50% off the hourly garage rate during their August stay — that works out to $0.93 an hour. During the checkout process, guests may enter their phone number to get reminders and extend their time remotely. Guests may also use the ParkMobile app if they prefer. However, the coupon code is valid at the physical kiosks only. It will not work in the ParkMobile app. Commuter guests must reregister their vehicle each time they enter the garage.
