Voyages aériens

The St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) is approximately 15 miles from the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch.

Accessibility at STL

When making flight arrangements you will need to let your air carrier know if you require special assistance. For the best accommodations, please contact your airline in advance with your request. Airlines will provide wheelchair assistance at Terminal curbside. Please see the STL website for information about accessibility in and around the airport. Individuals should contact STL’s ADA Coordinator Sandra Dressel to request accommodations or alternative formats as required under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Please call 314-426-8094 with questions regarding these matters. Allow three business days to process all requests.

Transport terrestre

Conference attendees will need to arrange personal transportation to the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch. There are a few ways to travel to the hotel from the airport.

Taxis

Taxis are accessible from both terminals:

  • Terminal 1: Door 14 to Garage Yellow Level
  • Terminal 2: Door 12

The approximate fare is $35–$45 one way and takes approximately 18 minutes, depending upon traffic. Each taxi will have an Airport Use Fee of $4 per pickup.

Ride-share App

Ride-share app companies, Lyft and Uber, operate at St. Louis Lambert International Airport. Reservations must be made online, using the respective app.

  • Terminal 1: Door 6 (Ticketing Level)
  • Terminal 2: Door 12

Public Transit

Light Rail (MetroLink)

MetroLink is the St. Louis metropolitan region’s light rail system and is operated by Metro Transit as part of a fully integrated regional transportation system.

MetroLink has 38 stations and stretches 46 miles. Advance fare is required. Purchase a ticket at the Ticket Vending Machines located at stations or through the Transit app.

  • MetroLink Station Terminal 1 is at Exit Door 1, Ticketing Level, east of all ticket counters.
  • MetroLink Station Terminal 2 is at Exit Door 12, through the parking garage.

The MetroLink light rail provides a direct connection from STL to downtown St. Louis. Take the Red Line to Shiloh Scott from either Terminal 1 or 2 and exit at the 8th & Pine Station, a short walk (0.3 miles) to the Hyatt Regency.

The hotel does not provide airport shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel recommends Go Best Express shuttle service.

Getting Around St. Louis

  • Walking: Many downtown attractions, restaurants, and the Gateway Arch are within easy walking distance of the hotel.
  • Metro Transit: The MetroLink light rail and MetroBus system provide affordable transportation throughout the city.
  • Rental Cars & Parking: Rental car options are available at the airport. The Hyatt Regency offers valet and self-parking (fees apply).
  • Ride Share: Uber and Lyft ridesharing services are available in St. Louis.
