Support from our Venue
RBC Place London is a fully accessible facility. Principal entrances are at grade and at level, providing easy access for those with limited mobility. The facility offers automatic doors and a large drop-off area in front, combined with wide, well-lighted corridors. All doors provide more than the minimum clearance. Elevators provide access to every floor.
Bathroom, room, and wayfinding signs have large, raised print as well as Braille available for individuals with visual impairments. Main floor salon areas are equipped with a digital hearing assistance system, which allows individuals with digital hearing aids to wirelessly connect to the audio system in the room.
Lactation Room
A lactation room will be available for nursing mothers. The location of this room will be available soon.
Gender-Neutral Restrooms
Gender-neutral, ACA-compliant restrooms will be available at the conference. Details will be available soon.

Caregiver Grants
AOS and SCO–SOC are offering Caregiver Grants to offset the extra costs incurred by caregivers (such as parents of young children or those providing elder-care) to attend the annual meeting. Any conference registrant is eligible, although priority will be given to presenters and early-career researchers. Eligible applicants can apply for travel awards as well as caregiver awards.
Applications for Caregiver Grants closed on 15 March 2023.
